Sales Tax Policy

Orders shipped within Canada are required to collect the Provincial Sales Tax of the delivery location. Tax will be calculated based on the shipping address provided and is added to your order total during the checkout process

Shipping Policy

We provide free shipping on all orders over $100.00 that ship within Canada and the continental United States. A $100.00 ODA (Out-of-Delivery Area) charge applies to orders shipping to Yukon Territory, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Newfoundland & Labrador, Alaska and Hawaii).

There is a $20.00 charge to change the address on any order once it has left our warehouse.

Ricksproshop.ca provides tracking numbers for all purchases; this information is sent to the email address associated with your order. In order to provide you with the lowest possible price with free shipping, we reserve the right to remove bindings from their original packaging.

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA:

Ricksproshop.ca reserves the right to ship Canadian orders using FedEx or Canada Post.
Canadian customers will be charged applicable taxes for their delivery Province, no exceptions.
Expedited shipping is available; please contact us prior to purchasing to get a quote for the cost of shipping.
Priority shipments are made Monday - Friday, allow 1 business day for Order Processing. Exclusions may apply. Delivery is not guaranteed on weekends.

SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES:

We ship to the United States on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Items are shipped with FedEx ground service unless otherwise stated.
A $100.00 charge applies when shipping products to Alaska or Hawaii.
We are unable to deliver to P.O., APO or FPO Boxes, and require a full physical street address, including phone number.
Expedited shipping is available; please contact us prior to purchasing to get a quote for the cost of shipping.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY:

All international shipments are shipped with FedEx International Priority and are subject to any duties and taxes your country may or may not charge.

We require phone numbers for all international shipments; please ensure you include it with your order. We can’t ship international orders without a phone number.

Buyers are responsible for all import or VAT fees associated with your purchase. Ricksproshop.ca is unable to mark items as "gifts".

Orders will be available for pick up at Rick’s Pro Ski Shop Location within 2-3 business days. If you’re unable to come to the store within this timeframe, please contact us at hello@ricksproshop.ca or call us at 705-444-5525 to make other arrangements.

All products found online are not available for purchase in-store.

You will be notified via email when your order is available for pickup.
